We were given the honour of creating the first Butlers Travel boutique store in the heart of Aberdeen - 79 Rosemount Viaduct. We created a warm, comfortable space for people to visit and book their travel plans in style.

This project consisted in the following key aspects:

• Fully interior design, cad visuals and moodboards created for the client along with real life samples and swatches.

• Existing shop was stripped out and new prepared for fit out. This consisted of plasterboarding, floor screeding, framing, panelling in MDF and mouldings prior to skim and paint.

• Glue down LVT Flooring was supplied and installed with the existing ceiling spray painted in a black finish.

• Electrical Fuseboard upgrade, panel heating installed, downlights,  bluetooth in ceiling speaker system, feature lighting, tv outlets and more were run in electrically and finished with Smoked Dark Chrome and Black outlets and switches. 

• External shop was painted and new Aluminium Composite CNC Signage was installed for a minimal but bold look.

• Internally we branded with 10mm Foamex Icon, DTF Branded Cushions, Laser engraved Champagne Flutes and bespoke framed artwork throughout. 

• All furnishings and accessories were sourced, supplied and installed by One Design ready for a turnkey solution for our client to open their new flagship store.

Fitout was completed in 4 weeks and we worked alongside local trades we subcontracted to complete the major trades.
